Learning path
On-job training: mainly cultivate vocational skills, and then add a license test.
Capacity development : Provide internal and external training course resources,training path, encourage colleagues to develop professional and managerial functions and expand self-learning knowledge.

Learning environment
Unimicron believe that creating an excellent work and learning environment can improve staff willingness to learn and efficiency. The teacher teaching methods, content and experience to be aggregated, sort out the most effective teaching methods. Through the interaction with the staff, building learning culture.

e-Learning
In order to provide staff a convenient learning environment, we establish an e-Learning training website belonging to all our colleagues in the company.
We have integrated training information on the platform to implement a comprehensive e-training policy.
Orientation
First
First day of the company, novice will receive a new training program to understand the basic knowledge of corporate culture, organizational characteristics, process flow, personnel regulations and welfare, waste pollution prevention and labor hygiene and safety.
Second
To use the win camp, QCC and other teamwork, to stimulate consensus to let new colleagues learn the work methods and attitude and understanding of corporate culture and core values.
Third
Supervisors and senior coaches play a supporting role, through counseling and mentoring process to help newcomers familiar with the job and create performance.
